Waiting for another review on a snack that uses Muslim friendly ingredients? Today, I will review about Karikko, a snack from Niigata prefecture that is made by Ichimasa company, which is a famous producer of Oden and Kamaboko (We reviewed about Oden before). Karikko is a rectangular and thin chip that comes with various tastes like Iwashi, Wakame and Ebi; it’s crunchy, salty, and delicious, and the most important thing is it’s made from Muslim friendly ingredients.
