Pomodoro
"Pomodoro" is one of the muslim friendly restaurants in Sendai that
serves Italian cuisine.Pomodoro serves many kinds of pastas and
pizzas.Although not all dishes are halal here, you can ask the chef for
halal dishes such as Pescatore (Seafood spaghetti), Siciliana (Spaghetti
with eggplant and tuna) and Shrimp Gratin.If you tell the chef that you
are muslim, the chef will tell you what dishes are halal, and the chef
will use halal chicken for pasta that uses chicken in it.The chef of
this restaurant is very friendly, so feel free to ask him about the
halal dishes.

chicken luncheon
Assalamualaykum
Alhamdullilah, this chicken luncheon meat from Gyomu Supa below is so special because it has Halal mark on it! To make it even more special , I will share my favorite recipe of how to upgrade the luncheon meat so that it would taste much better (in my opinion). Prepare Halal luncheon meat below and cut to 18 pieces (rectangle shape). Then, prepare all-purpose flour or any kind of flour available in your house, beat an egg, and prepare the Panko or bread crumbs. How to cook? Just put the meat in the flour, after that, dip it In the beaten egg and put it in the bread crumbs. Make sure that the bread crumbs cover all the meat. Then, finally fry it until golden brown in medium high heat. Serve it with rice, breads or just eat as a snack.

Ita Karinto
Ita Karinto is one of the specialty snacks made in Asamushi city, Aomori prefecture. Its main ingredient is a combination of wheat flour with black sesame, which is shaped into thin slices and fried with high quality salad oil. The snack is quite hard and solid, but crispy and has a unique taste.
Asamushi city, where the snack is produced, has some interesting places to visit such as Asamushi Onsen (hot spring) and Asamushi Aquarium. So make sure when you make a visit to Asamushi,Aomori city, grab some Ita Karinto for yourself or for your family and friends as a lovely souvenir.
