If you live in Tohoku region, I recommend you to try these eggs from Miyagi; fresh eggs produced by local farmers with ideal environment. I tried the eggs and cooked Indonesian cuisine of Sambal Balado, and it worked pretty well. Each egg comes with a sticker that has expiration date on it, so we can be more careful.
