Assalamualyakum,
Japan is one of the unique countries that has
unique sense of taste. Before I came to Japan, only typical Italian
spaghetti came to my mind when I heard the word “Spaghetti.” However, in
Japan, I could find many kinds of flavors, which are adapted as
Japanese cuisine. In Miyagi prefecture where I live, I found one of
spaghetti flavors that is just so right and so good. It’s basically a
normal Aglio e Olio spaghetti with unusual toppings like whitebait and
scallion. You should definitely try this. The name of spaghetti is “釜揚げシラスとスリム葱のスパゲティ (Kamaage Shirasu to surimu negi no
supageti).”
