Today I would like to introduce you to “Nodoguro,” aka “Blackthroat Seaperch” or “Rosy Seabass,” which is a high quality fish that can be caught along the coast of the Sea of Japan, and Niigata prefecture has come to be known as a fishery of the fish. The fish tastes amazing and you can eat its bones as well because they are so soft. Alhamdullilah, we found another Halal food in this lovely prefecture.
