Kamaboko

Assalamualaykum,
Good news for us! I found "Kamaboko" that doesn’t contain alcohol! I have been living in Sendai for several years now, and Kamaboko is one of Sendai’s famous products. But, it is hard to find a halal Kamaboko, since alcohol is often used in the making process.
I am really glad to find it, and they are delicious! And the texture is soft and creamy. It is made from fish paste.
