Do you know that “Will you make Miso siru every day?” is a kind of marriage proposal in Japan? I kid you not! Japanese man sometime proposes by saying that.
Why? Because there is almost no Japanese dishes that doesn’t include
Miso siru. Miso siru can be made easily by the Miso Paste and “Gu” which
include wakame, tofu, etc. Here are my favorite Sendai Miso it's made
from Sendai’s best quality ingredient.
Note: you should be careful on choosing Miso siru, if you cannot read nor confirm the ingredients, choose the one with 無添加 written on it, otherwise there is a chance that alcohol are added in the Miso production process. Enjoy!
