[Niigata mosque]
Assalamualikum and hello guys Alhamdullilah,
nowadays many mosques are built in Japan. In Niigata, there are 2 big
and beautiful mosques: Annur mosque and Madni mosque. Annur mosque is
located in an area of 1.5km distance from Niigata University and
300 meter distance from Niigata daigaku mae station. Annur mosque has 3
floors. The first floor is for sister prayer room and halal food room.
The second floor consists of a big prayer room for men. The third floor
is a wide hall that applied for cultural and Islamic activities such as
Arabic classes, sewing class, common iftar during Ramadhan and other
activities. Madni mosque or Niigata port mosque is located at Tarodai,
Kita-ku, Niigata shi.
“Islamic Centre Niigata” was written at the
entrance of the mosque. This mosque has very wide space for car parking
and a big hall for praying. In addition, the mosque has Jemaah solat 5
time every day. Moreover, the mosque also runs Friday prayer, eid
prayer, iftar and other activities. So if you come to Niigata, please
visit both of the mosques.
