sanma (saury) and hotate (scallop)

Assalamualaykum,
Japanese cuisines emphasize the freshness of the ingredients, especially when it comes to seafood. Not only is it served fresh like Sushi and Sashimi, but also seafood is often cooked lightly just to bring out its natural flavor. Here are Aburi sanma (saury) and hotate (scallop) prepared by Yumesyokken using the seafood
from Miyagi. Aburi means that the seafood is grilled. The sanma and hotate are deliciously prepared. I am glad to live in Sendai; I can enjoy Miyagi's fresh seafood.Enjoy
