Assalamualaykum,
Nothing beats freshly baked breads for breakfast!
But unfortunately not all breads are safe in Japan, because they often
contain haram ingredients for long-lasting taste and mass production.
But if we are careful enough, we can find a good bakery that doesn’t use
such additive and serve fresh baked products. Actually, they use
‘白神酵母’or ‘Shirakami yeast’ that are grown in Tohoku! I found the
products of 工房かやの実 cafe when they were selling their products in Sendai station.
