Cheese is one of my favorite things to stock in the house. I put cheese in almost all desserts or food that I make. High quality and delicious cheese is a favorite for cheese lovers. And one of my favorite cheeses is produced in Zao; the shredded cheese from Zao below, insyaALLAH, is Halal and you can put it on top of your pizza or favorite pie. I made Philly cheesesteak cups the other day and decided to use Zao cheese on top of it and the result was great and delicious. It melted in the mouth. One was just not enough.
