Once we finished our wonderfully tasty meal, we headed for the Oga Peninsula, a beautiful place a few kilometers from Akita city where there are numerous places for stunning sight-seeing, fishing, and even paragliding. It is a heartwarming place perfect for a family picnic or casual fishing with friends. For some of the more adventurous people, it is also perfect for a thrilling experience in paraglide, provided the winds are not too strong. We first headed towards the Oga Rocks, where we spent some time sightseeing and taking beautiful pictures. The crashing of the waves and the sound of the seagulls really gave a sense of serenity to this place. I have not yet encountered a better place to relax and be one with yourself. Being this peaceful with your thoughts really helps you get in touch with your spirituality
